As a certified B Corp, we belong to a community of leaders driving a global movement of people using business as a force for good.
B Corp Certification means that we have been verified as meeting B Lab’s high standards of social and environmental performance, transparency, and accountability – on factors from employee benefits to charitable giving to social procurement.
Unlike other certifications for businesses, B Lab is unique in that it measures a company’s entire social and environmental impact. In order to achieve certification, a company must achieve a minimum verified score on the B Impact Assessment, provide supporting evidence and undergo stringent interviews and evaluations by B Corp.
Every B Corp is scored using the five impact areas in the B Impact Assessment:
Workers: How we take care of our workers, improving their lives and wellbeing
Environment: How we prioritise and take care of the planet
Governance: How we make sure our company’s governance considers all stakeholders
Community: How we give back and contribute positively to the community
Customers: How we have a positive impact on our customer’s lives
