Wallis has been commissioned by COTA Victoria and Seniors Rights Victoria to conduct qualitative research with Victorians aged 65+ as well as Victorians aged 50-64. The aim of this research is to explore the views of older consumers on their experience, awareness of the changes in the energy sector. The findings from this research will help to better understand the needs of older Victorians regarding their energy usage and to identify and address potential opportunities, risks or impacts for older consumers.

When is the research being conducted?

Qualitative research, including online focus groups will be conducted in June 2024.

How long will the research take?

Focus groups will run for 90 minutes.
