CLOSED: Career Transition Assistance Program (CTA) Evaluation

Wallis with ACIL Allen are conducting an evaluation of the Career Transition Assistance program to inform ways in which the Department can to improve services and support offered to mature aged people looking to become more competitive in their local job market.
The Department of Education, Skills & Employment wants to better understand how the Government’s Career Transition Assistance (CTA) program is working. This initiative provides assistance to mature age people looking to become more competitive in their local job market.
The department has engaged Wallis Market and Social Research and ACIL Allen to undertake research with people registered with either a CTA or jobactive providers to participate in telephone surveys, qualitative focus groups and in-depth interviews. The fieldwork for this project will be conducted from June 2019 through until June 2021.
