The Victorian Employer Skills Survey 2021 will be conducted between October to November 2021 among a representative sample of Victorian workplaces to identify:

  • the impact of the pandemic on skills gaps, business operations and productivity

  • recruitment experiences and challenges faced by businesses with current/future skill gaps and the effect of training on addressing these identified skills needs

  • employer perceptions of the quality, accessibility and contribution of training delivered by training providers.

Results from the survey will improve the Victorian training system to ensure Victorian employers have the right people with the right skills.
