Wallis Social Research is conducting research on behalf of the Australian Government Department of Education Skills and Employment (the department) about people's experiences with government employment services.
They want to hear about people's experiences with the employment services the department offers, their digital platforms and how COVID-19 has impacted work opportunities and employment goals.
The research will be used to help inform the evaluation of employment services programs, assisting the department to better meet the needs of others in the future.
