Wallis is conducting a survey among employer representatives on behalf of WorkSafe Victoria. The research aims to gather feedback about their overall experiences with workers compensation claims, in order to monitor and improve service delivery.

The information gathered in the survey will be used by WorkSafe to improve the services and supports for employers who are dealing with workers compensation claims.

Surveying activity for Wave 2 of this project will be conducted from April 2021 through until May 2021.
