Thank you for completing the TAC’s Road Safety Monitor survey.

As you might have seen in the survey, there were mentions of two prize draws.

The primary prize draw being a $1,000 bank deposit or e-gift card selected at random among all of those that completed the RSM survey before June 30th, 2024.

The secondary prize draw was a $500 bank deposit or e-gift card selected at random among respondents who completed the survey who completed the survey online by the early bird dates noted on the letter or email you received.

Both of these prize draws are drawn on the 15th of July, 2024.

In some of the earliest online surveys, questions were unintentionally left out that allowed participants to opt-in to the prize draw, hence why you were contacted via SMS to opt in. We are legally obligated to obtain your consent to opt-in to the prize draw, and unfortunately cannot assume that you are willing.
