Commercial Passenger Vehicles Victoria
Wallis is conducting research with Commercial Passenger Vehicles Victoria (CPVV) to find out how satisfied customers are with the accessibility of taxi and rideshare services. This information will then be used to improve the accessibility of these services.
The survey will be relevant for those who have used taxi and/or rideshare services in the past 12 months in Victoria and who use these services due to potential mobility issues.
When is the survey being conducted?
The survey will run between 31 May and 9 June 2022.

The survey only takes around 10 minutes to complete.
