CLOSED: Claim Transfer Survey

WorkSafe Victoria

Following a review by the Victorian Government, injured workers who are receiving weekly compensation payments 130 weeks after their claim acceptance, and whose employers have ceased to operate, are having their claims transferred to WorkSafe.

On behalf of WorkSafe Victoria, Wallis is conducting research among injured workers whose claims have recently been transferred to WorkSafe. This research aims to understand the claims transfer experience and to identify where service improvements could be made.

What's involved?

The survey is voluntary and confidential, and takes approximately 10-12 minutes to complete, depending on your answers. There are two easy ways to participate:

1) Online: You should have received an email or SMS with a link to the online survey. Once you start the survey you can stop the survey at any time and come back to finish it later, using the same link.

2) By telephone: You can wait for Wallis to call you, or you can call Wallis on 1800 113 444 to request an appointment. Please be ready to quote Project Number 4954 and the Reference Number found in your email invitation.

What happens next?

The research team at WorkSafe will combine your feedback with others to understand the claims transfer experience and to identify where service improvements could be made.
