CLOSED: Annual Client and Stakeholder Satisfaction Survey
The Victorian Registration and Qualifications Authority (VRQA)
The Victorian Registration and Qualifications Authority (VRQA) is responsible for ensuring that employers of apprentices and trainees and providers of education and training (including course and qualification owners) meet quality standards, and that information is readily available to support informed choice in education and training.
VRQA has engaged the services of Wallis Social Research (Wallis) to undertake a survey of education providers, home education providers, employers of apprentices and trainees, and apprentices and trainees to identify areas for improvement in the level of service they provide to their clients and stakeholders. Further information about this research can be found here.
If you have any questions about this survey please contact Wallis on freecall 1800 113 444 or vrqa_survey@wallis.social.
