Mondo and AusNet Services


Wallis has been working with Mondo and AusNet Services since 2009 on their annual Customer Satisfaction Survey. The aim of the current research is to monitor customer experience and levels of satisfaction with AusNet Services' and Mondo's services over time. The survey covers AusNet Services' and Mondo's performance, services and provides an opportunity for customer feedback.

This study will run from 3rd November 2021 to 5th December 2021.
