Client Experience Survey

State Trustees

Wallis is conducting the Client Experience Survey 2024/25 on behalf of the State Trustees (VIC) to measure and understand their clients' experience with their service. The survey results are used to monitor client experience over time and may be used to improve the quality of services provided to State Trustees' clients.

All responses from this survey will be de-identified and collated with other survey responses to produce a report that will be provided to State Trustees.

When is the research being conducted?

The survey is being conducted between the 11th of November 2024 and the 6th of December 2024.

How long will the survey take?

The survey will take approximately 15 minutes to complete depending on your answers.

How do I take part?

Only current clients of State Trustees will be able to take part in this survey.

Wallis will be contacting these clients over the survey period to complete the survey over the phone.
