Wallis is conducting a survey about road safety for seniors on behalf of the Transport Accident Commission (TAC).
If you have received an invitation letter about this survey, your ID will be six digits long and begin with a 3 or 4. You can start the survey by clicking the link below.
What is the survey about?
If you have received an invitation letter about this survey, TAC is keen to understand your views about road safety. Your participation will assist in the development of resources by the TAC to assist seniors on the road., and with planning how best to improve road safety for everyone.

Who is eligible for the survey?
All people who have been invited are eligible for the survey, whether they are drivers, motorcyclists, cyclists or pedestrians.
How was I selected?
We have sent invitation letters to a selected cohort of Victorians. Victorians who hold, or have held, a licence or learners’ permit or registered vehicle are randomly selected from the VicRoads Registration and Licencing database to take part.
What is the prize?
One prize of $1000 will be randomly drawn from those who complete the survey and opt to enter the prize draw. The prize will be a $1000 eGiftCard, although we are happy to EFT the prize money to the winner if that is a preferred option.
The winner will be notified firstly by telephone (if we have your number), and subsequently in writing. The prize will be drawn on 15th July 2024.

Is the survey confidential?
The survey is entirely confidential. Although the selection uses the VicRoads database, you personally identifiable details are only used to contact you, they are removed from the answers you give – even if you agree to take part in further research or enter the prize draw.
About the VicRoads Registration and Licencing Database
The TAC has access to the VicRoads database of all registered and licenced drivers and riders for the purposes of improving road safety in Victoria. The VicRoads privacy policy can be viewed on their website by opening the ‘Protecting your privacy brochure’ at the bottom of this web page.
