CLOSED: Workforce Australia Study

The Australian Government Department of Employment and Workplace Relations has commissioned Wallis Social Research to evaluate the Workforce Australia Services provided by the government.
The evaluation will collect information from clients who transitioned from jobactive employment services, the New Employment Service Trial, and the Online Employment Services (OES) to Workforce Australia Online Services or Workforce Australia Provider Service. This research may help improve future change policies and processes.
The survey will explore clients' understanding of the service changes occurring, the support they received to help them adapt to the change, and any disruption that may have resulted from the change. The fieldwork for this survey will be conducted between September and October 2022.
Invited participants will be contacted by telephone, email or SMS to participate in the survey. The survey should take respondents about 15 minutes to complete. People who complete the survey will also have the opportunity to be invited to participate in further in-depth research in the form of depth interviews. Respondents will be gifted an electronic giftcard as a thank-you for their time.
