The Australian Government Department of Employment and Workplace Relations (the department) is seeking to understand the recruitment practices of Australian employers, and to evaluate its employment services (Workforce Australia and Transition to Work).
The results of the evaluation will determine the appropriateness, effectiveness and efficiency of Employment Services. This research will help to improve program delivery and contribute to the evidence base for future policies and programs.
The research is being conducted with select employers Australia-wide. The survey can be completed in about 15 minutes.
The fieldwork for this project will be conducted from September 2023 through until November 2023.
